Born and raised in the mid-west, Aaron moved to Florida in 1990 and attended Florida State University from 1994 to 1999, where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Fine Arts, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication. He was admitted to the Florida State College of Law and graduated in 2002.  He has practiced in Vero Beach, Florida ever since.

Aaron has handled jury trials and bench trials in matters ranging from commercial ligation, family law matters, real estate, civil (including personal injury cases), construction, and criminal matters.  In the federal courts, Aaron has litigated civil rights matters, multi-national civil and commercial/construction claims, FDIC matters, and adversarial bankruptcy issues.  Aaron has published cases and/or practiced in the 2nd, 4th and 5th Florida District Courts of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Florida, the Middle, and Southern Federal District Courts for the State of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. 

Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice in all of the Florida Federal District Courts, as well as the 11th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. Aaron is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar association, the Florida Justice Association, and the Indian River County Bar Association. Aaron served as Co-Chair of the Indian River County Young Lawyers Division, and outside of the practice of law, serves as President for H.A.L.O., a local non-profit.

Mr. Johnson primarily focuses on the litigation areas of commercial/business, family law/divorce, civil (including personal injury), and construction practice.
